results, revenue, or performance metrics.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary access

required for service delivery. Delays caused by missing information are not our

responsibility.

5. Intellectual Property

All original materials created by OmniReach Studios remain our intellectual

property until full payment is received. Upon payment, clients receive a license to use

delivered work for agreed purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OmniReach Studios LLC shall not be liable

for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if payment obligations

are not met or if these terms are violated.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
